Ms Priyanka, a Ph.D student, Department of Microbiology, College of Basic Sciences and Humanities, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has received the "Young Researcher Award” at the 11th National Conference Future AG-2025 “Advancing Food and Farming For Sustainable Future” organized by Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, Just Agriculture Education Group and ISAHRD Society.
She is conducting a research on green technologies for grape waste valorization under the guidance of her major advisor, Dr Pooja, Microbiologist, Department of Microbiology, PAU and also availing Prime Minister Research Fellowship, DST, New Delhi for the Ph.D programme.
Dr Satbir Singh Gosal, Vice-Chancellor, PAU; Dr Kiran Bains, Dean, College of Basic Sciences and Humanities; and Dr Urmila Gupta Phutela, Principal Scientist (REE)-cum-Head, lauded the student for her achievement. |
