To commemorate NSS Day and the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh Ji, the NSS Unit of PAU College of Agriculture, Ballowal Saunkhri, organized a Poster Making Competition. The event aimed to instill patriotic values and celebrate the spirit of service among students. Participants showcased their creativity through powerful posters on themes such as India's Freedom Struggle, Youth Empowerment, and Patriotism. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, reflecting deep respect and devotion for the nation among the students.

On the occasion, Dr. Manmohanjit Singh, Dean of the College, highlighted the importance of Bhagat Singh’s sacrifice and said, Young revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh gave their lives for the nation. We aim to inspire similar dedication and patriotic spirit in our students. He emphasized that NSS plays a crucial role in promoting social service and national values.

Dr. B.S. Bhople, NSS Programme Officer, appreciated the students for their artistic efforts and said, The messages conveyed through the posters are commendable. The thoughts and ideals of Shaheed Bhagat Singh continue to guide today’s youth.
